look at your resume and if they are interested, they e-mail you a message using

waiting for e-mails from employers, you can search for a job on www.FindaJobinJapan.jp
and send your resume online. If they are interested, they will contact you using
the mailing form in the members' section. If the employer is our regular member,
it probably won't take long before they get back to you. However, if they are
new to our service, it may take as long as a week because they need to go through
some procedures to become our regular member in order to e-mail jobseekers.
