who use the FindaJobinJapan.jp service. "Employer" stated in
the agreement and anywhere else on this site includes temp agency or introduction
agency, and so on.

Our service is for jobseekers who are looking
for a job in Japan
User Eligibility
Members
in Japan must have a valid passport (or they must have a Japanese spouse/Japanese
citizenship)
Members outside Japan must have a determination to work in Japan in the
event that they find a job through the FindaJobinJapan.jp service
Service
Charge / Pay
Prosperity,
LTD. does not charge members for using the FindaJobinJapan.jp service
Members
are not employees of Prosperity, LTD.
Members are
paid for their work by their employer
Purpose of Membership
This
service must only be used for jobseekers who genuinely want to find a job in Japan
Resume
All resume information is displayed at FindaJobinJapan.jp
/ GaikokujinKyujin.com except for a member's last name, e-mail address, phone
number, fax number, full address and date of birth
Educational
background details are only displayed on the resume in the employers' member area
In
which ward/city a member lives is shown at FindaJobinJapan.jp / GaikokujinKyujin.com,
but their full address is never displayed at FindaJobinJapan.jp / GaikokujinKyujin.com
Responsibilities
Prosperity, LTD. serves to help members find a job in
Japan
Prosperity, LTD. is not responsible for any
damage, loss, dispute (or other issues) that have been reported by the use of
this service
Members must abide by any agreements
between the member and the employer
Members are
responsible for the password that is issued when their membership is approved
Members
are responsible for all the information on their resume and must update it immediately
if there are any changes
Members must delete or
deactivate their resume if they are no longer looking for a job
Prosperity, LTD. (FindaJobinJapan.jp) is responsible for providing government
institutions with all necessary member information should the following
situations occur: illegal acts, harassment, etc.
Prosperity, LTD. (FindaJobinJapan.jp)'s Rights
Prosperity, LTD. has the right to edit or delete
a member's resume if mistakes or inappropriate statements are found
Prosperity,
LTD. holds the right to refuse a jobseeker's registration request or terminate
their membership without notice
Prosperity, LTD.
has the right to display a member's resume on their websites, except for e-mail
address, phone number, fax number, full address and date of birth
Prosperity,
LTD. has the right to e-mail members notifications when they find it is necessary
to do so in order to make the service work
Security and Privacy
Members
must not disclose their ID and password to anyone
Members
must not provide false or misleading information under any circumstances
All
supplied content such as text, graphics programs, or other materials used at the
FindaJobinJapan.jp website are the property of Prosperity, LTD.
Prosperity,
LTD. will not sell, distribute or lease member personal information (e-mail address,
phone number, fax number, address) to third parties unless Prosperity, LTD. has
a member's permission or is required by law to do so
Membership Termination
Members
can remove their resume at any time on the members' page

at any time and in any way that is deemed necessary. The amended agreement
becomes effective the day it is posted on the Prosperity, LTD. website.
